Well, I have been away for almost 8 months now! I had a baby boy in October 2017 and have been enjoying snuggling him. My first photography job back from my “maternity leave” was a an event at the Harbour Hotel in Southampton. WHAT A GORGEOUS VENUE!!! I couldn’t wait to get editing after three hours of coverage of the event. So here are some of my favourites:

This afternoon, a crowd of 200 people gathered for the blessing of the new memorial wall installed by the Mercury Old Boys Association. I had the opportunity to photograph this event on such a beautiful day! It began with the sound of drums played by the St. Andrew’s Pipe Band leading a march from Hamble Gardens to St. Andrew’s Church in Hamble. The service was lead by Father Graham Whiting and the blessing of the plaque was given by Father Peter Dodson. It ended with a solemn sound of the bugle.
